We love that you guys are continuing your training and karate practice from home. We will be switching to bi-weekly video lessons so that we can ensure the videos are the best we can make them for you! Warm up of the week and the individual lessons are made so they progressively get longer and more challenging each week. Going forward, make use of your favourite videos “of the week”! You’ll find the videos for the following plan under your belt group (tykes, beginner, intermediate or advanced). Feel free to substitute your basics and review with a sparring or curriculum tutorial. You can also pick one day each week and work through each of your katas from white belt up.

*Note: these are in addition to your zoom classes, we recommend tykes and beginners get a minimum of 2 karate days in each week and intermediate and advanced students aim for 3.
